  • Cereals: the best cereal for fat burning is oats. They contain high levels of insoluble fiber which will keep you satisfied throughout the day, thus making you consume less food that would maybe increase fat accumulation in the body.
  • Olive oil: they are unsaturated fats that will boost metabolic rate thus burning more fat. You can also use the oil to cook most of your foods.
  • Beans and legumes: beans and most legumes contain low levels of calories but have high protein and fiber contents. Indeed, these foods can be very good for burning fat.
  • Water: water is essential for flushing toxins from the body and facilitating proper body functions including the metabolism. Therefore, sufficient amounts of water should be drunk or taken by eating foods with very high water content like water melon, papaya, cucumber, etc.
